We confirm orders within 48 hours and process them within 1-3 days after payment. Production takes about 6-8 weeks. We work with DHL for shipping, requiring an adult signature upon delivery.

For certain pieces, we may recommend purchasing insurance for added protection, and we will email you directly to discuss the details.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for changes of heart. Once your order is placed, we are unable to accommodate any swaps, holds, or exchanges. 

Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us! If you realise you need to change the size of your order, please contact us within 7 business days from your order date. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

However, please note that once the piece has entered production, we won’t be able to make any changes to the size.

Absolutely! We believe that it is up to you to decide your own story and what fits your narrative and values. We offer both natural diamonds, gemstones, and lab-grown diamonds, corundums (sapphires and rubies).

If you have specific requirements for your stones, please get in contact with us and our in-house gemologist will assist you.

Once your package is shipped, it is no longer our responsibility. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid any issues.

If you need to make any changes to the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. After the package has been shipped, you will be responsible for contacting DHL to rearrange delivery.
