  • Consultation

    Begin by submitting your bespoke request. Once received, we’ll get in touch to schedule a consultation — either virtually or in person.

  • Design & Sourcing

    A £250 design and sourcing fee is required to initiate this stage — covering gemstone sourcing, and design sketches. Credited to your final invoice should you proceed.

  • Confirmation

    Once your design is finalised, production begins upon receipt of full payment.

FAQs

  • We’ve expanded our offering beyond 18k gold and platinum to include 14k and 9k gold, as well as silver. Each metal carries its own character, allowing us to tailor every piece to your preferences and way of wear.

  • We work with a wide range of gemstones, both natural and lab-grown. This includes diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, and more. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll do our best to source or suggest suitable alternatives.

    Through our extended network of suppliers and cutters, we can also arrange for stones to be custom-cut to your specifications when required.

  • We don’t work with loose gemstones provided by clients. However, we can create a custom design for your stones at a design fee starting from £250, which you can then bring to your own jeweller for production.

    We’re happy to work with gemstones already set in existing jewelry, such as heirloom pieces for redesign. These will always be assessed for condition and suitability before resetting.

  • All diamonds above 0.5 carat come with a grading report from either GIA or IGI. If you wish to have your coloured gemstone authenticated, this can be arranged at an additional charge.

  • No problem — we’ll guide you through a collaborative design process to create something truly your own. You’re welcome to draw inspiration from the Naiad Collection or explore pieces from The Archives as a starting point for your design.
