For clients who want confidence before sampling and production, we review your CAD files to ensure each design is accurate, well-proportioned, and true to the original vision — helping you avoid costly errors or miscommunication during the technical stage.
Full CAD Review - We assess all submitted files for proportion, gemstone fit, and fidelity to design
1:1 Review - Walkthrough meeting to explain findings and answer any questions
Production Notes - If needed, we compile a clear document for your production team, otherwise we confirm all good to proceed.

Discovery & Onboarding
Begin with our discovery questionnaire and discovery call. You’ll then receive a tailoured proposal outlining your package, quote, and timeline. Once confirmed, the agreement is signed and a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your project.

Direction & Concept Development
Submit your design brief and references. We translate these into a design proposal to align creative direction before drawing begins.

Design Creation
We develop preliminary sketches to offer a first glimpse into the collection, followed by refined design drawings for your approval.

Finalisation & Delivery
Two revisions per piece are included. Once final designs are approved and the remaining balance is received, we deliver your complete design package, ready to be sent off to your production team.
